1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers using our online store at fungies-2.myshopify.com. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order price is confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy] and your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
