1. Order Processing Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of payment confirmation.
2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship throughout New Zealand. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
- Rural delivery: 3–7 business days (rural surcharges may apply)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. If we do ship internationally, delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
5. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post, courier partners, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Rural and remote addresses may experience longer delivery times.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at Fungiesfashion@gmail.com within [7] days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.
