Fungies Fashion is committed to your satisfaction. This policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. A store credit or exchange will be issued — refunds for change of mind are at our discretion.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the nature of the fault. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale Items Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

- Ship the item back using a tracked service — we're not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
