At Fungies Fashion, we're committed to getting your order to you safely. All items are carefully packaged and dispatched from our rural location in New Zealand. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for North Island addresses and 4-7 business days for South Island addresses. We use NZ Post and courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Every piece in our collection is second-hand, preloved, or vintage clothing that has been carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. As with all preloved and vintage items, there may be minor signs of wear consistent with their age and history — these are part of their charm and character. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or store credit.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in original condition. All second-hand, preloved, and vintage items are sold as-is, but we're happy to discuss any concerns about condition or authenticity before you buy. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or misrepresented. Once we receive your return, store credit is processed within 5-7 business days.
